Taikura Trust is the region’s single facilitator of support services and is committed to being Auckland‘s knowledge hub for all matters concerning disability.

What we do

For anyone under 65 years who has a physical, intellectual, or sensory impairment,  we learn about your personal goals and understand your individual needs.  Then we plan and coordinate the supports with you so that you live your life the way you choose.

Making the right decisions, generating effective solutions and delivering better outcomes relies on accurate knowledge about the disability sector as well as the skills to pull it all together.  And pivotal to this is our network of community relationships.  These partnerships draw on the very best support services available.  In short, they make things happen.

Above all, Taikura Trust is about bringing certainty to the lives of the people we support.  We want to see them included in the community, able to participate and contribute.  And we’ll do all that we can to make sure that happens.  That’s a promise.
