4. Our client feedback survey - Please complete our online Client feedback survey In accordance to the Health and Disability Consumers Rights, we aim to facilitate the fair, simple, speedy, and efficient resolution of complaints.
We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and we aim to investigate your complaint within 20 working days from the date of acknowledgement. You will be informed if this will take longer and the reasons why it might be necessary.
